Beemster Graskaas


It has a rich, creamy taste, full of flavor, and the most decadent cheeses you will ever taste! It comes from the first milking of the Beemster cows of an untouched pasture. This milking creates that which is known as Beemster Graskaas. If you can get your hands on this, you should count yourself lucky!
