I'm a happily married stay at home mom of two rock star kids. I'm a slight agoraphobe, so I stay at home a lot and am always in the kitchen! I am constantly coming up with these great, family friendly, inexpensive recipes, and elevating them to something my family can sing my praises over! Just because you're on a budget doesn't mean you can't eat the best!!!
I love hanging out with my three favorite people, my hubby and two kiddos. Also, in the wee hour of the morning, I like to write novels. And like most ladies, I enjoy shopping! Online of course, it's the agoraphobe in me! :0) I watch many, many hours of Food Network, and frequent the Food Network website quite regularly. So with my love of cooking, my love of Food Network, and my love of dining at the fanciest restaurants to the "hole in the wall" dives, that makes me a true "Foodie"! Not to mention, if it looks weird and out of the ordinary, I'll try it!!!
